Geophysical consultancy for offshore wind farm development
RIL was awarded a contract to provide geophysical consultancy services to GL Noble Denton through the Geotechnical Consulting Group (GCG) for a major geophysical survey in the southern North Sea for East Anglia Offshore Windfarm Ltd (EAOW). The work involves providing shore-based geophysical advice on the quality of sub-bottom profiling data being acquired by two survey vessels operated by Gardline Geosurvey. The 5,800 km2 survey is part of the Round 3 wind farm licence programme off the East Anglian coast.
